Friends are good for the soul...

I must say that I have such a wonderful network of true friends...one of the "perks" of our transient military lifestyle is having the opportunity to meet so many wonderful and supportive people.  But there is something to be said for the friends who know you through and through...they know where you came from, what you've been through and in my case they love you despite it all ;-). My bestie Courtney is one of those girls...this girl knows me...heck she knows where my bones are buried!  I keep this girl close to my heart because she is the real deal...

Courtney and her family came to visit and it was so so much fun...just like the old times only BETTER!
